Caffeine free. Grown organically in Oregon. We recommend using mineral or spring water at 180 F temperature. Lower temperature water helps provide a fuller body to the tea. Use two teaspoons of leaf for twelve ounces of water, and brew for five minutes. Add fresh water for additional infusions.
