How to Order
When you find an item you'd like to order, click the Buy button to add the item to your shopping cart. When you are finished shopping, click the Checkout button. If you haven't logged in, you'll be presented with a choice of logging in (if you already have an account), or creating an account (if you don't have one), or purchasing without an account. After you've made your choice, follow the prompts. You'll select a method of payment, enter a shipping and a billing address, then confirm your order to finish the process.
Methods of Payment
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover via our secure credit card processor, PayPal. Credit cards are billed when the item is ordered. Items are billed to "Agape Tea Company," and are usually shipped within 24 - 48 hours.
We also accept money orders, cashier's checks and personal checks (sorry, no CODs). Items paid in this manner are shipped when the payment is received. In the case of personal checks, items are shipped when the check clears our bank. Please allow 7 - 10 days for personal checks to clear.
Shipping
U.S. and Canadian orders are shipped via UPS ground or USPS. We do not ship to post office boxes. Here is a table for the U.S. and Canadian shipping charge:

While we attempt to ship items within two business days for in-stock items after payment is received, some of the orders we receive are special orders and could take up to 7 business days to fulfill. Please allow an additional 8 to 10 days for U.S. and Canadian delivery.
Sorry, we do not ship to post office boxes.
Please do not send inquiries about the shipping of your order sooner than 7 business days after it was placed.
Returned and Damaged Merchandise
All sales are final, with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise not as a result of damage or loss by the shipping agent. We will accept return of damaged or defective merchandise if notification is within seven days of receipt. We will issue credit to your account or a refund to you in U.S. dollars. The cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.
Please inspect your package/merchandise carefully for any possible damage or loss in transit. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping. Items are insured and the carrier and shipee handle all claims. Should any damage be detected, please contact the shipping agent (UPS or USPS) within three business days to file a report. You will be given instructions on how to proceed with a claim. Please do NOT return your package to Agape Tea Company as this will void all claims.
Prices and Order Acceptance
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, or with incorrect information due to typographical error, or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately refund your account for the amount of the charge.
Prices and Availability Subject To Change Without Notice
Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Privacy Notice
We do not share customer information including email or postal mail address with anyone. It is not our policy to spam nor do we send unwanted postal mail. Any email sent will be only to notify customers of new or sale items, or to acknowledge information on orders received.
